The Electoral process and the Horn of Africa:
To speak of the Electoral process and the Horn of Africa, is to in many a way even, refer and to what some do term, a Politic that is. That speak in all, and of the Politic, does speak in all again, and of just how in all, any given 'Body', Human too that is, does interact/respond, and with each other actually. That Kenya, and as compared to Somalia or Ethiopia too, is very much African and when it does come to the Politic, and as the Politic in all, does go along even, and with our perceptions of Borders, Ownership and Rights too that is.
That Kenya, and when it does come to speak of the Politic, and even Ownership too for instance, does speak even and of Kenya, and as said Public and Private too that is. To speak of Kenya and from the perspective of the Politic and Borders, does speak even and of Kenya, and as said Formal and Informal (Sectors) too that is. To speak of Kenya, and from the very perspective of the Politic and Rights in all, does speak in all again, and of Kenya, and as said Western and Non-Western too that is.
It is in all, and in speak of the above, and that is at the very root too in all, and of Kenya and as having an Electoral Vote and also speak of Kenya and as said a Democratic Republic too, but that in all ways even, the above in all, the Politic that is, and as having not truly succeeded and in creating Public Order and in Kenya too in all, in that, it is believed, the failure of the above, does speak even and of most Kenyans, and as not grounded, and in speak of Indigenous Identities too that is.
In all again, it is believed that, the Non-Western, does hold a key, and to solving the above problems in all, and in a Kenya too, said even, highly Uncivil in its ways actually [and as with the Politic even, and in perception too, speaking of one, and as carrying themselves, and on an everyday or daily basis too, and with a superb confidence that is].
