The Final Authority

The Final Authority.

This entry in all, has to do, and with what some might term, a recurring problem, and within the Horn of Africa in itself too that is. It in all, has to do, and with just what does pass for Authority in itself, and in speak and of not only regulation too perhaps, but in many a way truly, in the solving of a troubling problem that is. That for those in the Horn of Africa and as living lives and as primarily even based on speak of Media in itself, a big problem perhaps, and as arising too, and as with regards to Opinion formation in itself, and as going along in all and with the developing perhaps, and of a Total or Concrete View of Reality that is [or speak even, and of what is simply said acceptable to most that is].

That speak of Authority and as said helping solve many a troubling issue or matter, does speak even and of it all and as said a Leading Authority, a Due Authority, a Prime Authority, or even a Final Authority too that is.

That the very use of the Leading Authority, is rather common in many a part of the World, but one too, known to hold many a Bias (and as in speak of Racial bias too that is), and in the Modern/Western World we live in that is. Speak of the Due Authority, does speak even and of Authority and as said truly Localized in all, and with most in the Horn of Africa, ascribing to this model of Authority, but with it in all even today, said to in all ways even, simply speak of the Expert that is. To speak of the Prime Authority, is to in many a way too for instance, speak of the History of Italy, and further speak even and of the Vatican Council, and as said in all, Political Organization, and as going along in all again, and with speak of Fate in itself too that is.

For those in the Horn of Africa though, and speak too of Africa in itself, the Final Authority, has always been viewed as more or less Standard or Ideal too, in that, it is at the very least Authority, that does go along in all and with speak of many a person and as simply said a Fool that is (kwamba, mambo yao inajulikana na upumbavu tu), but that in all ways even, defining Authority as such, can be said difficult in its ways, and as it does in all even speak of some and as referring and to the Bible, the Koran, Oracles (Proverbs/Sayings), but that in all ways even, an Authority in itself, best said well versed, and in speak and of Historical matters/issues in themselves that is.

Probably truly in all, the most important and of all of Kenya's 'Indigenous'/Ethnic/Indigene groups that is, and from a Cultural perspective too [and as in speak too of late President Jomo Kenyatta's famed Fly-Whisk for instance, actually of Gusii origins, but in many a way truly even, speak too, and of former President Moi's famed 'Rungu/Fimbo' too that is][Link1, Link2].

The Counter.

Many a thing has been written on this Blog, and for what is believed and to constitute, and for everyday realities, and in the Horn of Africa, and as a region too that is. The question in many a way though, does remain, and as with regards to just how best in all, to see it all and as one that is.

That imagining it all up, and in speak of Political structures, is one way to go about it, but that in all again, this whole Blog, is simply said a Memory, and of the Horn of Africa too, and as said a place, a whole or even a region too that is.

Having said the above, is to perhaps then introduce, the very idea of the Counter, and as with it even speaking of changing Moods in all, and which in all again do truly define, what everyday realities in the Horn of Africa in all, truly are like, and as with regards even, and to speak of Commerce in itself, Procedure, or further speak even and of Temporal realities in themselves too that is.

In all, the Counter here, and as envisioned and in speak of the Month / 'Monthly Calender', the Clock, Public/Festive Holidays, historical Events, but further speak truly even, and of Leadership in itself that is.

Maendeleo.

Those in the Horn of Africa in all, or speak too and of Kenya in particular, have truly heard of the word/term 'Maendeleo' (and as with it even said Swahili too that is). The term in many a way too, is oft associated and with speak of the Moi Regime in all, and as the Kenyatta Regime in all again (late former President Jomo Kenyatta that is), did in all concentrate and on speak of defining (Kenyan) Nationality in itself that is [and further speak too, and of Leather Jackets in/and Kenya, and as said to be part of it all that is].

This entry though, will attempt to speak of Maendeleo, and in three differing manners, and as with two of them said to speak of past Developmental Agendas in all that is, and as seen in Kenya too. That Maendeleo, and in a Kenyan Context too perhaps, does speak in all, and of Development in many a way truly (and as versus speak of Progress specifically too), and as going along and with speak of defining Communications and Order in society, and as with it all even said to speak of a suitable Infrastructure that is [that in Kenya in all again, Maendeleo in all, has often been truly associated, and with speak of changing Communications and Order too that is].

In all, Maendeleo, and as defined rightly above, said in all again perhaps, and to go along and with speak of the following three: Currency, Caliber and Comportment too.

That to speak of Caliber in all, does speak of the Horn of Africa or Kenya too, and as said distinctively Victorian too perhaps, and as it did in all speak and of just whom or who in all again, and in Colonial Kenya too for instance, did best have, the best idea that is, and as with regards and to just how best to define Maendeleo [and as with it all basically said and to speak of the Victorians in Kenya, and as basically having been said in all, and to have been Philanthropists in all that is].

The tradition of Philanthropy in Kenya, is in many a way not alive anymore, and what does happen in Kenya and after Independence is declared too, is that Maendeleo in all, does in all again come to be associated and with speak of Currency in itself, and as going along and with speak of the Swahili term 'Biashara' too that is. That 'Biashara', a term in all though, truly best suited and in speak and of the building of the Jamia Mosque/Msikiti in Nairobi too, now becomes and in many a way, a part of the Nyayo Philosophy in Kenya, but with it in all even, speaking of Kenya and Nairobi now said a place ruined too perhaps, and as the Moi Governments Budgetary Needs in all truly, does speak of funding many a person in Kenya, in helping spearhead Maendeleo, and in the said form of Biashara too, and which does lead in all again, and to the very building or erecting in all, and of many a Physical Structure/Building for instance (and as said even associated and with certain forms of Communications and Order too), but that in all again, such Structures in all, are said to truly speak of the Third World, and as one does not in all understand, why the Government and in speak of Building Regulations for instance, will in all put up a structure and such as 'Nyayo House' too for instance, but in many a way too, allow for the average Mwananchi, to in all put up or erect, a 'Stone Mudhut' so to speak, and in all ways even, very much ruin Nairobi, and in speak and of what some do in all call 'Black Inferiority' in itself that is.

To speak though and of Maendeleo, and Comportment in all, is to in many a way too, attack Maendeleo Development Agendas in all, and such as the Kenya Vision 2030 too that is [and which does in all even speak of the attempt to redefine Kenya in all, and away from its traditional past/culture too, and as with it all even and alongside speak of the proposed Kenyan Constitution too, speaking of truly redefining Kenya and a way and from speak of its past Communications and Order that is]. In all again, Comportment (and as with it even speaking of a Media in all, and as truly associated with it all too), does in all again basically speak and of how we do carry ourselves that is, and as with it all even going along and with speak too perhaps, and of our notions in all again, and of the Dead/Ancestors, Festive life, Dress/Fashion, 'National/State Religion', Educational Status etc.

In all, Maendeleo Media, and as means of Development in all, not truly well defined and by Government too perhaps, and as it does in all again, speak of the rather huge problem and of defining the so termed average Mwananchi, and as with he/she even said to possess certain Communications and Order too (and further speak even and of the wasting of Resources/Funding that is), and as believed said even and to go along in all, and with speak of many a Government Developmental Agenda that is.

Most in the Horn of Africa or Kenya in particular too, are very much aware, and of the movement in all, and that did spur the very birth of Media, and as said National too, and as seen on Kenyan TV today that is [and as with it all even referring and to speak of Local Content that is].

That the associating in all, and of Kenyan Media that is, and with Local Content in itself, is not often taken literally in meaning, and as it does in all even go along, and with the very belief here that, National Media in Kenya today, does very much in all actually speak of Local Content, and as said very much Local too that is.

In all, how best though, and to think of Local Content, and as said very much merging with Media elsewhere, and while in many a way, truly said in all again, helping in the very least preserve Local Heritages that is [and as with they often, deemed Religious in their ways too that is].

In all, in helping those in the Horn of Africa think of Local Content, it in all then can be said and to speak of of three things (issues/matters) that is:

That unknown to most and who do believe Somalis to possess Superiority Complexes of a kind, one cannot but help feel a tinge of resentment in many a way, and from Somali Men that is, that Kenya in all, does truly function and as a society, and in a rather complex manner, and as with regards and to defining Enmity in itself that is [that Kenyans in all, are a people known not to harbour Hate or Hatred in itself, but to merely possess it that is, and as compared in all again and to speak of Somalis or the Swahili people too that is].

In all though, the reason why Kenya does remain more successful than Somalia and in its ways, does have to do, and with just how Kenyans in all, do perceive or conceptualize Pain & Suffering in itself that is. That Kenyans in all, and as compared and to many another people and around the World too, do in all actually know just how to think of Pain & Suffering, but in many a way too, are not aware of this in all, and in speak of truly help make Kenya a rather successful Country for instance.

That Somalis, have very poor ways or manners, and of conceptualizing Pain & Suffering, and as with this in all even believed in many a way, and at the very heart too, and of many a National Security issue/matter in Somalia, and as speaking in all even, and of the Somali Civil War that is [and the main reason in all perhaps, Kenyans don't care too much for Somalis, and as Somalis in all, don't truly know just how Kenyans in all again, do think of life and Pain & Suffering in itself too, and as Kenyans in many a way, do view themselves and as said different/differing too, and from other peoples in the World that is].

In teaching one though, and about Pain & Suffering (and as said to accompany speak of Shock and Exclaim in itself too), is to in many a way even refer and to many a differing society out there that is. That take India for instance, and where Pain & Suffering, are truly in all again said associated, and with speak of the Chakra System, and as said to speak of many a trial in life for instance, and trials and pains too, and as experienced and as one goes through life that is [and speak too and of Indian Celebrations/Celebratory life that is].

On the otherhand, you do also have those who do perceive or think of Pain & Suffering, and from speak too and of Rejection in itself that is, and Rejection too, and as often perceived and in speak of (Family) Blood that is, and speak too and of just how most in the World in all, do perceive Pain & Suffering in itself that is [and as including speak of Somalis today too that is]. For those though, and who do aspire and for European lifestyles in all, pretentiousness abounds all over, and as Pain & Suffering and in European Culture in many a way, has often been perceived and in speak of the Heart in itself too (Link), and speak too in all, and of Love and and as said a complex Emotion for instance, and that does enable one and to truly fall in love for instance, and with two differing/different people in all, and at the very same time too, or speak truly even, and of the Murder, and of a Lover too that is.

Kenya on the otherhand, has created for itself, a complex society, and just where in all again, Pain & Suffering, are often perceived and in speak of Treatment, and as not truly speaking of Rejection either that is. That for many a Kenyan, a casual Hello, and when well executed, can serve and as an example of success that is, and such that, Kenyans in all, are for instance willing to work for free and for someone in all again (and as based on speak of Treatment received that is), but that Kenyans in all again, are the kind to Succeed in life, and simply then use their Rewards/Money in all, and in simply treating others, and to many a surprise, and as in easily even, lending money to others that is. In all, the above said, is what makes Kenya function much more better than Somalia, and as a Kenyan wronged for instance, can be simply appeased in all, and by the reception of a Gift of a kind that is [and speak too and of Kenyans in all, and as truly capable and of giving one, the very Gift, one would truly desire in all truly].

However though, speak of Somalia today, does in all even speak and of their rejecting perhaps, Pain & Suffering, and as going along and with speak of Rejection in itself too that is. That in all, Somalis and alongside many other Africans, might not be aware and of the very fact that, they do possess in all, Sexual Glands, and not Sexual Organs either that is [Link]. That Somalis in all again, are not in touch and with their realities in all again, and as with regards and to speak of Pain & Suffering, and as with it in all even associated and with speak of how best to define Pleasure for instance, and as versus speak of Rejection in itself that is. Those in the Horn of Africa, have probably heard of the term 'Somaal'. It in many a way, is said in all even, and to go along and with speak of the Internet in many a way too, and many a picture, and of (believed) said by many, and of beautiful Somali women that is [Link1, Link2].

What in all, does 'Somaal', truly refer to? It in many a way, can be said and to go along and with speak and of terms and such as 'the USA', 'Svenska/Svensk', Brasil, Espana, SA (South Africa), or even Afriqiyah in itself too that is. For these terms 'the USA', Brasil etc., are in all ways even associated, and with what some do term Publicity Media in all truly.

That Publicity Media, and with the example here and of 'the USA' too (Link), does in all even speak of simply putting ones Image or Voice in all, and out to the Public in many a way, and as in basic speak here in all, and of someone and who has discovered many a thing, and simply wishes to announce to society for instance, and in the hope too, and of benefiting from it all that is [that America, and as now called 'the Sates' for instance, does in all even owe this status in all, and to speak of Publicity media, and as emanating in all, and from 'the USA' (Link) too that is].

In many a way too, a mention here and of Afriqiyah in all, and as with it Publicity Media too, arising in all, and in Late President Muammar Qaddafi's Libya in all again, and Media too, said in all again for instance, associated and with Plane Hijackings in Africa, Political Assassinations in all, or even speak of African Organized Crime too that is [Afriqiyah].

Speak of Brasil and Publicity Media, is known to speak of Brazil and as a said Sex Paradise too [Link], while speak of SA (South Africa) and Publicity media, is known to speak of it all, and as a highly crime-ridden place that is [Link].

In all, is to introduce here, what some do term 'Afrique Noir', and as with it even French in all, and for 'Black Africa' too, and as a suitable Forum in all (and as said Publicity Media too), and for the introducing and of many an Idea and into society in itself (Business, Education, Law, Festive etc.), and other than speak for instance, and of endless and mindless Advertising or Marketing too that is [Link].
