Town life

There is probably a serious problem today, and in the Horn of Africa (Somalia, Kenya, Ethiopia) too, and as with regards, to urban sprawl and urban decay that is. That many a town in the Horn of Africa today, is in a state of decadence, and very much due, to the very way, they are designed and built (meaning in all that, they are very much truly based around, poor forms of Media that is).

To truly understand these towns in many a way, is to very much learn, just how they do function, operate and work in all that is. That by knowing this, one can in many a way then, think up new ways, and of just how to re-design them, and as many too, are very much likely, to eventually turn into slums, and without the proper social forces in all, to guide them in their development that is.

In many a way in all, these towns in all again, very much do function, operate and work too, and as based around the following forms of Media:

  • Television
  • Newspapers
  • Eating/Drinking spots
  • Community functions
  • Womens gatherings

In all, Media too, that has very much resulted in chaos in many a way, and in these towns too, and a better way in all again, in attempting to salvage them, and in all too re-design and re-build them that is, is to perhaps in all again, associate them with the following Media:

  • Radio (as Television is the biggest waste of time in our lives today)
  • Magazines
  • Hotels (in many a way, this does speak of building even, a great or grand Hotel in these towns, and then building everything else too, to very much match this Hotel that is)
  • Religious functions
  • Local Council Meetings

In all again, a very attempt in teaching perhaps, how to go about building small towns in the Horn of Africa too, and which in many a way too, do properly function and operate well and by themselves that is.

The Bible

- the ESV version of the Bible, and as the Official Bible too, and for those in the Horn of Africa that is.

Victorian English

- Victorian English, and as the Official form of English too, and for the Horn of Africa (Somalia, Kenya, Ethiopia) that is.

Ethiopia

To speak of Ethiopia and the Horn of Africa (Somalia, Kenya, Ethiopia) in all, is to in all ways even again, speak of Media in all too really. That in many a way, there is a proper way, and of going about creating Media, and within Ethiopia too.

Ethiopia today, and as with Media too, is highly perceived from Addis-Ababa, the Habesha peoples of Ethiopia, and finally in all again, the very History of the Yemenite Kingdoms and speak of the Queen of Sheba too.

There is probably however, a fine way in all, and of learning how to create Media in Ethiopia, and as based around what they do call in Indian Buddhism, Sila, Samadhi and Prajna.

That the three in all again, can best be defined as follows:

Sila: The discipline and conduct of Awakening, manifest through wholehearted participation in each activity in a way that sustains mindfulness and the well being of everyone. How to take care of ourselves and have the energy to practice.

[In all, this does in many a way, speak of Civil Liberties, and further speak too, and of everyday successes, and of every kind too that is (and as with this including even, small acts, and such as reading the Bible and on an everyday basis too)]

Samadhi: Continuous contact with the flow of experience, by bringing full awareness to every engagement throughout the day. Sustaining awareness of body, mind and emotions in the midst of zazen and everyday activities.

[In all again, this very much does speak of, and what they do call Liberty, and as with it all even, speaking of being open-minded, and as with all this furtherly referring even, and to being able to openly express oneself, and in just about every manner too that is]

Prajna: Seeing clearly the true nature of what is; actualized through practicing Sila and Samadhi and stimulated by individual interviews with teachers, classes, lectures, zazen and self-reflection.

[All this in all again, speaking of what they do term Freedom, and as with this all even, referring to speak of Free Speech, and on just about every and any topic too that is]

In all ways even, an easier way of looking at Sila, Samadhi and Prajna, is from the very perspective too, and of it all being perceived as Fun (Prajna), Enjoyment (Samadhi), and even simply Pleasing oneself and others (Sila). In all ways even, Media in Ethiopia, and as simply consisting of Sila/Civil Liberties/Pleasing oneself-others, Samadhi/Liberty/Enjoyment and finally Prajna/Freedom/Fun in all that is.

Kenya

The word Kenya, can in many a way, be said, to be highly related, and to the very world of Media too (that many in all, believe the term Kenya, to be rather Political or even National in nature too, when in reality, it has always spoken of Media and within Kenya in itself).

For those who believe in living Media oriented lifestyles in all, and as with speak too, and of the Horn of Africa (Somalia, Kenya, Ethiopia), is to tell them in all again that, there is a proper way in all, and of going about creating Media, and within Kenya too.

In many a way, for those living in Somalia and Ethiopia too, and who do wish in all again, to live in Kenya perhaps, and as with being successful too, then in many a way even, is to tell them that, engaging in Media, is actually the right and proper way in all, and of going about it all too.

What is proposed in many a way below, is a way of viewing Media in all, and in Kenya too. A way in all again, highly based around what they do call in Indian Buddhism, the Four Noble Truths. That in many a way too, there is a way of viewing the Four Noble Truths, and from a Media perspective too, and in many a way too, speak of creating Media oriented lifestyles in all that is.

The Four Noble Truths are as follows:

The Truth of Suffering

The First Noble Truth often is translated as "Life is suffering." Many people new to Buddhism tune out as soon as they hear this. But the Pali word dukkha also refers to anything that is temporary, conditional, or compounded of other things. Even something precious and enjoyable is dukkha, because it will end.

Related to the nature of life is the nature of self. Are we not also temporary, conditional and compounded of many parts? We can understand that life is impermanent but are we, also, impermanent? The Buddha taught that before we can understand life and death we must understand the self.

[The Truth of Suffering in many a way, can be simply perceived, as perceiving life in itself too, and as highly based around Sensations that is]

The Truth of the Cause of Suffering

The Second Noble Truth teaches that the cause of suffering is craving or thirst (tanha). We continually search for something outside ourselves to make us happy. But no matter how successful we are, we never remain satisfied.

The Buddha taught that this thirst grows from ignorance of the self. We go through life grabbing one thing after another to get a sense of security about ourselves. We attach not only to physical things, but also to ideas and opinions about ourselves and the world around us. Then we grow frustrated when the world doesn't behave the way we think it should and our lives don't conform to our expectations.

The Buddha's teachings on karma and rebirth are closely related to the Second Noble Truth.

[The Truth of the Cause of Suffering, in many a way, can be simply perceived, and as perceiving life in itself too, and as highly based around Feelings that is]

The Truth of the End of Suffering

The Buddha's teachings on the Four Noble Truths are sometimes compared to a physician diagnosing an illness and prescribing a treatment. The first truth tells us what the illness is, and the second truth tells us what causes the illness. The Third Noble Truth holds out hope for a cure.

The Buddha taught that through diligent practice, we can put an end to craving. Ending the hamster-wheel chase after satisfaction is enlightenment (bodhi, "awakened"). The enlightened being exists in a state called Nirvana.

[The Truth of the End of Suffering, in many a way, can simply be perceived, and as perceiving life in itself too, and as highly based around Emotions that is]

The Truth of the Path That Frees Us From Suffering

Here the Buddha as physician prescribes the treatment for our illness: The Eightfold Path. Unlike in many other religions, in Buddhism there is no particular benefit to merely believing in a doctrine. Instead, the emphasis is on living the doctrine and walking the path.

[The Truth of the Path that Frees us from Suffering, in many a way too, can simply be perceived, and as perceiving life in itself, and as highly based around Elation too that is]

http://buddhism.about.com/od/thefournobletruths/a/fournobletruths.htm

In all ways even, what all this does speak of, is the very fact that, for those in Somalia, Ethiopia and even Kenya in itself too, and who do highly view themselves and from the perspective of the Horn of Africa too (and with this being Media that is), that in many a way again, Media in Kenya, simply speaks of just about anything, that truly does heighten our Sensations, Feelings, Emotions and Elation too, and to the very highest degree that is (and as with all this even, speaking even of a Massage Parlour, a rather sweet Fruit Juice or even, a Plaid Jacket too for instance).

Symphonic Pop, and as the ideal music for Somalia too (and as with Somali Traditional Music in all too really, very much similar to Symphonic Pop that is),

Somalia

Somalia, the Land of Punt, in many a way, is often said and believed, and to be the very home, and of the Somali people too. Truth though is that, the very first civilized existences in the place, were very much Swahili, and with the building too, and of the former City-State of Mogadishu that is.

In many a way too though, and as with speak even, and of the Horn of Africa too (Somalia, Kenya, Ethiopia), living in Somalia, appears in many a way, not to be truly based on rigid Political structures in all, or even Religion and Communal existences too, but in many a way, a life truly based around, Media in itself that is. In many a way too, the very lack of proper Media in Somalia, is the very reason perhaps, the place in all again, does suffer from poor forms of livelihood. However though, for those in Ethiopia and Kenya too, is to tell them that, everyday Media in both places (Kenya and Ethiopia that is), very much appears, to be somewhat Somali in nature (that in many a way in all, what does happen in Somalia, and as with News Media too, is very likely in all again, to occur in Kenya, or Ethiopia too) [and with many falsely believing, that what does happen in Kenya, and as with Media too, does happen in Somalia and Ethiopia too] (In many a way too, local Popular Music in both Ethiopia and Kenya for example, does appear very much, to sound similar in all, and to each other, and when in reality, it is all very much Somali like that is).

This post though, could be of interest, and for those in Somalia too, and who do in many a way, wish to structure their very lives, and in ways too, that are somewhat very much Political in nature that is (that in many a way, it is possible to somewhat turn Media, into a Political structure of a kind that is). While today, Political structure in many a way, and in Somalia too, very much speaks of Media driven Nomadic lifestyles, there could be a better way, to living in Somalia, and other than, speaking of the Nomadic that is.

For those in Somalia in all again though, is to perhaps tell them of, just how in all, to see themselves in Africa, and as compared even, to closely associating themselves, and with Yemen and the Middle East too. To explain this much better, is to speak and of many a Myth too, and as associated in all, and with the Horn of Africa too (Somalia, Kenya, Ethiopia). That in all, Ethiopia (and as with Abyssinia too), is very much considered, the very home of the Christian World (and speak even, and of all kinds of Christian Symbols that is). Kenya on the otherhand, has Myth, and that does speak of, the so termed Garden of Eden (that the Biblical Garden of Eden in all, was actually located in Kenya, and that life in Kenya in many a way, and as with Media too, is all about recreating the Garden of Eden that is).

For those in Somalia though, basic Myth of the place, does speak of the so called Myth of Osiris.

http://www.egyptartsite.com/osi.html

To better understand this Myth though, and from a very much Media driven perspective, is to in many a way even, associate it all, and with the so called Eight-fold Path of Indian Buddhism. That in many a way too, the Myth of Osiris, can be understood from this perspective, but that in many a way too, the attempt to somewhat give structure (and Political too), and to Media in itself, can very well be understood, and from this so called, Eight-fold Path of Indian Buddhism.

In many a way too though, to perhaps better understand the Eight-fold Path of Indian Buddhism, and even the Osiris Myth, is to perhaps view it all, and from the very perspective too, and of what they do call Memory that is. That in many a way, the Eight-fold Path of Indian Buddhism, and Media too, can be best understood, and from seeing it all, and as highly based around Memory in all again, and as compared to Creativity or Intelligence too that is.

In all, 8 forms of Memory, that do go along, and with the Eight-fold Path of Indian Buddhism.

The Path

1. * Samma-Ditthi — Complete or Perfect Vision, also translated as right view or understanding. Vision of the nature of reality and the path of transformation.

[In many a way too though, all this speaking of Short-term Memory that is, and as with it even, referring to the Memory, that the so called 6 Senses, do utilize in all]

2. Samma-Sankappa — Perfected Emotion or Aspiration, also translated as right thought or attitude. Liberating emotional intelligence in your life and acting from love and compassion. An informed heart and feeling mind that are free to practice letting go.

[In many a way in all, all this speaking of Preconscious Memory, and as with it the Memory too, that ones does use, and when referring in all again, and to the utilization of Language too that is]

3. Samma-Vaca — Perfected or whole Speech. Also called right speech. Clear, truthful, uplifting and non-harmful communication.

[This in many a way too, referring in all again, and to what they do call Working Memory, and as with it even, the Memory too, that one does use, and when Working on anything in general that is]

4. Samma-Kammanta — Integral Action. Also called right action. An ethical foundation for life based on the principle of non-exploitation of oneself and others. The five precepts.

[This in all, referring to what they do call Long-term Memory in all, and as with it even, the very Memory too, that one does use, and as with regards even, and to anything significant in all, and that does happens in ones life too that is]

5. Samma-Ajiva — Proper Livelihood. Also called right livelihood. This is a livelihood based on correct action the ethical principal of non-exploitation. The basis of an Ideal society.

[This in all too, speaking of what they do term Body Memory in all, and as with it even, the very Memory too, that one does use, and when it does come, to learning just how to respond naturally, and to just about anything that does happen to one that is]

6. Samma-Vayama — Complete or Full Effort, Energy or Vitality. Also called right effort or diligence. Consciously directing our life energy to the transformative path of creative and healing action that fosters wholeness. Conscious evolution.

[This, very much speaking of, what they do call the Universe. The Universe in many a way, does refer to what they do call the Earths Memory too, and as with it a Memory in all, that does record, every singular event in all again, and that does happen anywhere on Earth, and as with the ability even, to tap into this Memory, and fully discover perhaps, what perhaps in all again, did happen, and in a crime scene too for instance, and as with all this too, referring in all again, and to a Group Memory too that is]

7. Samma-Sati — Complete or Thorough Awareness. Also called "right mindfulness". Developing awareness, "if you hold yourself dear watch yourself well". Levels of Awareness and mindfulness - of things, oneself, feelings, thought, people and Reality.

[This all, referring in all again, and to what they do term Epigenetic Memory and as with it even, the very Memory too, that one does use in all,and  when connecting to ones Ancestors, and in the name too of Ancestor Worship, or even, the very Memory in all again used, to tap into ones past life that is]

8. Samma-Samadhi — Full, Integral or Holistic Samadhi. This is often translated as concentration, meditation, absorption or one-pointedness of mind. None of these translations is adequate. Samadhi literally means to be fixed, absorbed in or established at one point, thus the first level of meaning is concentration when the mind is fixed on a single object. The second level of meaning goes further and represents the establishment, not just of the mind, but also of the whole being in various levels or modes of consciousness and awareness. This is Samadhi in the sense of enlightenment or Buddhahood.

[Finally, speak of a Memory, that one could very well associate, and with what they do term Neuro-melanin in all that is. In all, a Memory too, that is associated with what some do term the Cosmos even, and as with it all too, a Memory in all again, and that does actually speak, and of how Nature in itself actually does work, or even, the Solar System too perhaps]

The Horn of Africa

-- the Horn of Africa (Somalia, Kenya, Ethiopia), and as with it actually referring even, and to Media, and as seen in the place too.
