Names/Terminology

Names/Terminology.

For those in the Horn of Africa, perhaps in all again and understanding in all, and of what the terms/names, Kenya, Ethiopia/Ethio and even Somalia truly stand for [and as with this even defining everyday activity and movement and in the place that is].

To speak of the term Kenya, is to in many a way state that, it has traditionally in all, been associated with three things: Communications (Victorian), Photography and even Behavioural patterns too. In all ways even, to speak of Communications here and the name Kenya, and as with they Victorian too, is to in all ways even speak of a cultures of Rites in all, general greetings and partings that is, and as with Kenyans traditionally known to greet each other and in a pleasant manner too, and as with this furtherly referring even, and to the movie 'Out of Africa' for instance, and as with it best watched, and from the very perspective of greeting and partings, pleasant too, and as with this speaking even of just how anything perceived racist in the movie, should be perceived in all too that is. In all ways even, a culture in all again, and of pleasant greetings and partings, and that has very much died off, and leaving Kenya a rather uncivil and unlawful place in its ways too that is.

To speak of Photography and the term Kenya, is to also speak of it and as referring and to Nature based Photography in Kenya, and as a realm in all, and as arising with the likes of memorable figures and that did once live in Kenya that us, and such as Ernest Hemingway too for instance.

Thirdly in all again, the term Kenyan and as traditionally referring even, and to Behavioural patterns and as seen even in Pre-Colonial/Colonial Kenya that is, and as with they very much Victorian in all (and as in the movie the Constant Garderner too), before they in all again, become associated with the Kikuyu in all (but with the Kikuyu facing opposition and as with regards to all this, from the Luhyia and Luo peoples of Kenya that is), and in all ways even, it does appear that those who do come to rule over Kenya in all, and as with being Influential and on an average basis too that is, and as with further speak even, and of being easily offered opportunity in all again, are those whose behaviour in all, are envied and by many a person out there too that is [and as with Kenya now even, somewhat becoming Southern African, and as with regards to all this that is]. In all again, Victorian Behavioural patterns, and as truly believed the most civil and productive in all, and in society too that is.

To speak of the term Ethiopia in all again, is to speak of the world of Religion in Ethiopia, Christian too, and alongside what can be said to be Ethiopian Religious/Symbolic Art that is. This however on the otherhand, does differ from the term Ethio in all, and which does represent Modern Ethiopia in all actually, its Modern Leaders (and as with they mostly unknown), and also Popular Ethiopian Music in all truly even [and as interestingly enough too, this world of Popular Ethiopian Music, did once merge and with a Kenyan Music scene, very much Ethiopian in its ways, and speaking even, and of Kenyan Musicians and such as Fadhili Williams too for instance].

The term/name Somalia though, is not recognized by most if not all (and in a mythic fashion too perhaps), and has in all ways even simply come to be associated and with speak of Somalia and as a War-torn Country too, but in many a way even, can be said to best speak of perhaps, Somalia, and as best associated in all again, and with certain Aesthetics too, and such as those that do go with former Model Iman [Link1, Link2], or even truly again, Kenyan Nakumatt Stores that is [Link1, Link2].

Quality

of Quality.

To speak of Quality in all, and as seen in the Horn of Africa in all again, is to actually speak of Production Quality in all truly even. That in all again, speak of Production Quality and in the Western World too, does speak even and of it all, and as said going along with Western standards of Beauty and Behaviour/Excellence that is.

In Africa though, one does find that Media in all again, visual too, is not truly in all ways even even supposed to go along and with standards of Beauty or Excellence, but in all ways even, with African Images of Respect, African Bodies, and even African Voices too that is.

There are those who do view the Horn of Africa in all, and from only its Infrastructure in all. The belief that the Horn of Africa but even Kenya too perhaps, remains undeveloped in all, and backward too, and due to a lack of a proper Modern Infrastructure that is. 

A better way though to best view the Horn of Africa in all and as with speak even of Kenya in particular too, is from more or less the background sounds that do go along with the place that is (or should in all ways even), and as with the Blogger here perceiving Kenya for instance, and as a rather noisy place too, chaotic in all, and as with speak even of uncivil behaviour too that is. In all ways even, this does speak of Modern Kenyan/African music, and as defining many an activity and even encounter in all (and as with further speak here of Chaos & Disorder), and in the Horn of Africa today too, and as with attempting to tell those in the Horn of Africa that, the place in all again and as laid back and with nothing much happening, and as with it even a relaxed place and peaceful too, and as with further speak even of a quiet afternoon in all, is very much along the lines of the sounds in all again, and as background sounds too perhaps (and as with all this speaking even of Chaos & Disorder in the place), and of that seen in the music of Oryema for instance that is.

A Short History of Media in Kenya

A Short History of Media in Kenya.

The purpose for this entry, is to attempt in all again, to basically explain in all too even, what Media in the Horn of Africa but especially Kenya too, has always been about. That many in all, tend to follow Kenyan Media for instance (and in the Horn of Africa too), not knowing in many a way, what this Media in all again, is actually truly all about.

To begin this short preview of Media in Kenya, is to perhaps speak of Modern Kenya in all, and as coming to be, and in the 70's that is. In many a way, speak of Kenya in the 70's, is to in many a way too, speak of Colonial presences and as still very much present in Kenya somewhat, and a Media in all again, that did speak of attempting to Africanize Kenya in all, and do away with its Victorian past that is [despite Victorian norms and manners in all, truly working, and in helping make Kenya a success that is] [in many a way too, this also does speak of the unknown history of Kenya in all, and after Independence, and of being flooded in all again and by many a person from outside Kenya too, and as with the belief even that Kenya in all again, was a far more successful Country in all, and as compared to other African Countries too that is].

When the 80's arrive though, one sees a change in Kenyan Media in all again (and as with it more developed than in other parts of the Horn of Africa too), and as with it in all again, speaking of the Kenyan Spirit that is. That in all, this Kenyan Spirit did not actually speak of attempting to unite all Kenyans, but in many a way spoke of the belief that Kenya was a secure and safe place in all, and that differing peoples in all again, did not have any reason to fear each other, and with alot of Entertainment on TV too, and such as the Vitimbi show for instance, simply presenting images in all perhaps, and of what did constitute the unsecure or the unsafe, and in Kenya too that is [and as with many a TV show from outside Kenya in all, dealing with issues of security and safety, and as with speak even of Kojak or even Derrick too that is]. In all ways even, Kenya and as said secure and safe, is believed to be as such, and mainly due to the efforts of Former President Moi in himself that is.

During the 90's though, or in many a way from the 90-94, one does see the opening of Media in Kenya, and as with this referring even, to attempting to introduce many a foreign element in all and as seen in Media not said or perceived Kenyan or even African too, and into Kenya, and as with attempting to tell many a Kenyan in all that, they could very well truly be like the figures they do see in this Media that is. A short period of time though and in Kenyan Media History, and that did appear to somewhat truly even change Kenya in all, and as at the very least it did speak of making Kenyans rather private individuals in all, and as compared to their housing public identities in all again, and such as identifying with the School that one did attend, or even simply strongly identifying even, and with ones workplace too that is]. In all, private Identities that do have many a Kenyan, not caring to be Kenyan truly any more that is.

In the later 90's and into the 2000's in all, one does see a change in Kenya Media in all again, and as with some even now clumping down on many a Foreign Media into Kenya in all again, and as with Kenya now presented from the very perspective of Kenya and as said unsecure and unsafe too, and as with this even speaking of the springing up here and there, and of teenage criminals all over the place that is. In many a way, a Kenya in all again, and with the News Media in all, focusing on corrupt behaviour and bribery in itself too, and in Kenyan society that is. In all too really, speak of Kenyan Nationalism in all again, and as including speak of terms and such as Jamhuri, Nchi or even Taifa, very much has to do, and with Kenya and as said very much unsafe and unsecure too that is.

At the present, another change in the Kenyan Media in all, and as with it attempting even to not only build a new breed of Kenyans in all again, and with said certain Behavioural patterns too, and who will in all again, lead to a Kenya, rather prosperous in its ways that is. In all again though, the failure of this Media very much has to do, and with the said Behavioural patterns that do go with it, very much Southern African in their ways that is (and as with Kenyans even feeling disconnected somewhat and from Media and as seen in Kenya today too that is), and in all ways even, Behavioural patterns too, that it is believed will lead to a new crop in all, and of successful Kenyans that is [and as with speak even of Kenyans, and as succeeding in the Sporting arena, and such as Rugby too perhaps, and it all going along, and with so said Kenyan Behavioural patterns that is].

Having said the above, is to now perhaps even state that, and arrogantly enough too, that the best Media in all, and for Kenya too, is that, which is somewhat Victorian in its ways actually. That this kind of Media, is believed in all to help actually create Civil Kenyans in all, and as with what does constitute Victorian behaviour in all, and as seen in Colonial and Pre-Colonial Kenya too in all, similar to that seen and in a movie and such as the Constant Garderner too, and with Ralph Fiennes in it too that is [that the behaviour seen in this movie, is actually Victorian and not English either, and to understand it as being Kenyan in all, is to say that it did actually mesh somewhat, and with Maasai cultures in Kenya, and as with telling many in Kenya that, it is the Maasai in all, and who are truly Indigenous to Kenya, and to speak of Kenyan natural behaviour in all again, is to speak of that which does match or go along even, and with Maasai cultures too that is][and as with most Kenyans today too, truly disconnected in all ways even, and from the Maasai peoples in all, and as with regards even to general behaviour that is][and as with all this speaking even, Kenyan natural behaviour in all, and of Politicians and such as William Ole Ntimama, or even Kenneth Matiba too, or even now deceased Kenyan Politician George Saitoti that is, and as more truly Kenyan in all again, and as compared to other Politicians and such as Nicholas Biwott too for instance] [Finally again is to perhaps mention that, English peoples are more like Keira Knightley, and not Ralph Fiennes either].

Finally too, a good way in all again, and to think of Media in Kenya and the Horn of Africa in all, and as with speak even of everyday News Media and such as that seen in many a Newspaper in all truly even, truly best defined in all again, and as based around being a Matyr too that is [to perhaps best understand this, is to perhaps mention that, those in Kenya or the Horn of Africa in all again, and who are truly bringing change to the place, are very much like Matyrs that is].

Judgement

Judgement.

For those who do live in the Horn of Africa, perhaps a mentioning in all again, and of the old KBC TV show 'Vioja Mahakamani', and as with it referring even, and to what does happen in all, and as with regards to deliberating on any matter, and when one does live life and as primarily based around Media too that is. To introduce all this much clearer, is to learn of just what does act as a guide in all, and when deliberating on any matter, and that is very much Media driven, and as especially as with regards to speak of News Media that is.

That in all ways even, speak of Media, News Media too, and as seen today in all, does speak even and of deliberating on any issue or matter that does arise from it all, and as based even, Religiously speaking that is, and on what some do call the Apparitions of Mary that is [that News Media in all, and even Media in itself, does attempt to judge on any matter or issue in all again, and as based around proof of it all, and as with it even said photographic that is]. In other times, and for those who believe Media is a recent introduction to our lives and by the Western World too, any issue or matter and as arising from Media in all, and especially News Media too that is (as gazettes and newspapers are much older than most think them to be), did involve judgement in all again, and on any issue or matter, and as based around the Immaculate Conception for instance [that News Media back then in all again, was rather developed, and spoke even and of what the repercussions of anything said truly were/was, and as with speak even of freedom of speech that is].

For those in the Horn of Africa today is to first mention that, when ones does think of Africa, and as having Religious significance in all, is to then tell one that, Prophets in all again, are very much African actually. In all ways even, is to also tell one of the very fact that, deliberating on any issue or matter, and as having to do with Media or News Media too, does not speak of verifying the validity of anything said that is, but in all ways even speaks of mediating on any matter or issue, and as based around predicting in all, the future in all again, and as arising too, and as based around any decision made that is. In all again for instance, passing judgement on the misbehaviour of a child, does speak even and of what is believed to be the future behaviour in all, and of that said child, and on meting any given form of punishment that is [and as compared even to shaming a child, and as is often the case, and as with speak of the Apparitions of Mary that is].

Individuality

Individuality.

Those in the Horn of Africa, might have reason to be Unhappy and generally Unsatisfied too, and with their everyday lives that is. This in all ways even does speak of what does constitute for everyday Happiness in all, and in the Horn of Africa too that is, and as with it consisting even, and of making many a Tension in all, and that one will find pleasing in their ways that is. This in all ways even does speak of Intimacy, and the huge problem even, that those in the Horn of Africa do have, and as with regards to attempting to avoid it and at all cost too that is. In all ways even, a game here being played, and as with regards to creating tensive moments in all, and which one might be addicted too and as with speak even of violence that is, but in all ways even, a Game of getting close and then breaking away, and doing this repeatedly in all, and so as as to attempt to create a bond in all, one might truly like that is.

In all ways too, it is believed that general Relationships in the Horn of Africa, and especially between Boys and Girls, are somewhat disastrous in all again, and as with regards even to attempting to create memorable moments and in a relationship too that is, and as with all this even speaking of relationships in the Horn of Africa, very much consisting of Strangers, and who are to scared in all, and of getting close to each other that is. In all ways though, here does lie the beauty of living in the Horn of Africa that in all that, such relationships in all again, can extend to those living outside the Horn of Africa, and as with speak even of Perfect Strangers too that is.
